Community Calendar:
What qualifies to be announced on WDNX as a community or public service announcement? Your announcement needs to be in the interest of the general public, usually free to everyone. It may be of an educational nature, a fund raiser for a charity, or a concert where there is no charge (a free-will offering would be ok).
As usual, we would need the Who, What, Where, When and maybe Why. Please send your information at least two weeks in advance.

Events on our Calendar:
April 29, 2013, will be Academy Day from 9-5 at Harbert Hills Academy. Area home schoolers and other students are invited to visit the campus, located on Lonesome Pine Road in Savannah, TN to learn more about the school and the various vocational courses offered there. Students will learn about campus life and have the opportunity to “sample” a couple of the different vocational courses. Lunch will be provided. This is a free event, but reservations are suggested. The 3rd Annual Church Reunion is scheduled for Saturday, May 4, beginning at 11:00 a.m., honoring the late Brother R.W. Moore, previously with Tent and Auditorium Ministries, Christian Tabernacle Church, Miracle Tabernacle Church and Emmanuel Tabernacle Church. At the East End Sports-Plex on East End Drive in Savannah, TN (near Wal-Mart). Everyone is welcome. Just bring a covered dish, dessert and a two-liter soft drink.
