Harbert Hills Academy is accredited by the E. A. Sutherland Education Association (EASEA).

The E. A. Sutherland Education Association was developed by The Layman Foundation (TLF) to assist independently operated, self-supporting schools of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the areas of school improvement, teacher certification, accreditation, curriculum, vocational training, staff development and resource development.

EASEA provides a structure for administrators, educational staff, students and supporters to network, share resources and find support in preserving Seventh-day Adventist beliefs, values and practices as portrayed in the Bible and writings of E. G. White.
